Our Story
Bagels have been part of our family for as long as we can remember. We grew up around them, learning the trade from our dad, and in 2022 we opened our own shop on Prospect Road with our brother. We started small and grew the honest way, mostly by word of mouth, one happy customer at a time. Quality is what we care about most. Every bagel is boiled then baked fresh each day, the way it should be. Just as important is the team behind the counter.
